Is my order confirmed after WhatsApp opens?
No. The cart and WhatsApp message are an order request. The seller must confirm availability, details and final pricing.
Can I order without choosing a flavour or theme?
Yes. All product preferences are optional and can be discussed with the seller later.
Why do some prices say “From”?
Custom cake pricing depends on size, flavour, design and complexity. The displayed price is a lower estimate, not the final price.
Can I request more than one product?
Yes. Add several products to the cart and send one summary through WhatsApp.
Are delivery and self-collection available?
Yes. The area, delivery charge and self-collection address need seller confirmation.
Can I send a reference image?
Images are not uploaded through the website. You can send one in the WhatsApp conversation after opening the order summary.
